How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made for you. Production takes 2–3 business days, then delivery takes 6–10 business days in Belgium and 6–12 in the other countries we ship to. In total: 8–13 business days in Belgium, 8–15 elsewhere. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Ireland. We don't ship to other countries yet.
How much is shipping?
€7, free from €70. Launch offer: free shipping on every order, no minimum, until Saturday 31 October, 23:59 (Brussels time).
How can I pay?
Bancontact, card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces have a loose, oversized fit. Take your usual size for the oversized look, or one size down for a closer fit. Each product page has a size chart.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Email contact@seymstudios.com, then send the item back unworn within 14 days of your email. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective. We refund you within 14 days of your request; we may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it. Details in our refund policy.
My piece arrived damaged or with a defect
Send us a photo at contact@seymstudios.com. We will replace it or refund you, return shipping included.
How do I care for my piece?
Wash it inside out at 30 °C max with a mild detergent, no bleach. Dry it in the shade. Iron on low, never on the print.
